Vapes, also known as e-cigarettes, typically use e-liquid that, when vapourised, delivers vapour instead of smoke, meaning there is no combustion. Of course, the absence of combustion should be substantiated on a product-by-product basis. Depending on the brand, adult smokers can choose from various e-liquid flavours. Nicotine is often found in e-liquids, along with vegetable glycerin, propylene glycol, and flavorings.
